Saul Centre

The Saul Centre was refurbished in 2013 and opened to the community in 2014. With new ceilings, floors, a viewing gallery and kitchen facilities; the hall is available to hire for birthday parties, classes and events.

Catering to a wide cross section of the community the Saul Centre is regularly used for bowls, Apex Fitness classes, yoga, weekly Bingo, hosting Saul Does Strictly and frequent birthday parties. We are delighted that the Saul Centre has also been able to cater to cross cultural events most notably the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday hosted by Ireland’s Asian Christian Community.

At the competitive rate of £25 p/h (with discounts for greater or longer usage) the Saul Centre is suitable for a range of occasions. Contact Liz at or on 07753285658

Down Council is permitted to pay six per cent of the tax levied on every tonne of waste at its Drumanakelly landfill site near Seaforde to groups and organisations spearheading community projects. Funding of almost £86, 570 was awarded to St. Patrick’s GAC which contributed to the cost of the renovation programme.

The hall is open to everyone and is a hive of activity throughout the year for young and old alike.
